Nothing was too much trouble, the music he requested, the flowers were beautiful and the service were all first class, and performed as if he was part of their family. The two Sarah's, Gary and the rest of the team were exceptional. I would highly recommend them to take care of your loved ones with great compassion and professionalism

Sarah and her team were absolutely brilliant - from start to finish - Sarah was so attentive and supportive - she made a very difficult day so much easier - all the flowers & coffin were as promised and stunning too - the service was unique as promised also - I cannot recommend this company highly enough - even fellow mourners commented on how brilliant it was! Thank you so much Sarah!

From the very first telephone call all the way through and after the funeral they were supportive, respectful and understanding. I would highly recommend them. We had all our flowers and a floral displays in the church from sincerity and again the standard was extremely high and the flowers were beautiful.

The compassion they showed us and the attention they paid to our wishes will never be forgotten. The funeral was beautiful and the flower arrangements were stunning. We felt listened to and included in every step of the arrangements. We were very pleased with the floral tributes by Grace - she is talented and professional and we were happy to trust her with our wishes. The funeral itself couldn’t have gone better. Without them we don't think our mother would have received the wonderful send off she deserved. Sarah and her team were amazing from start to finish. Sarah organised our Asian/Sikh funeral with pure dedication and love. She embraced all our rituals and traditions with love,care,and empathy. Sarah understood what we required as a grieving family. The service was beautiful . Many of our family and friends commented on how touching the service was and how Sarah made such an impact. She spoke with love and respect to all present. We will be forever grateful that we chose Sincerity funeral directors to help with sending our mother on her final journey home. Thank you Sarah and all your team at Sincerity Funerals you were outstanding.

The way they cared for my mum and how the customer service was second to none especially in a difficult time. Everything was organised with great attention to detail and explained fully.
