Do I have to make an appointment to register the death?
Yes you do. Most register offices now operate on an appointment only basis.
What are disbursements?
Disbursements are charges by third parties such as Crematorium/Burial fees and Doctors fees.
Can I see my loved one before the funeral?
Of course you can. You can spend as much time as you need with your loved one in our chapel of rest. Depending on the package you choose, there may be an extra cost involved.
Can I make changes to the all-inclusive packages?
Absolutely. You are in full control. We are here to assist you in arranging a funeral that matches your requirements.
Do you accept floral tributes?
Yes we do. Just call to let us know when to expect them, and be sure to have them delivered to our office on the morning of the funeral.
How are costs kept so low?
Sincerity Funerals are completely independent, and with no chain of funeral homes to maintain we able to keep our overheads low, and pass those savings to you.
How and when do I pay?
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACS. We also accept social fund payments. Payments are usually made 72hrs prior to the funeral taking place, amendments to timings to be agreed prior to the funeral taking place, otherwise quoted timings apply.
